RETURNS

In the case you’ve changed your mind, made a wrong selection or no longer want the item we cannot offer a refund. For all non-sale items we will offer a store credit or an item exchange providing the following conditions are met:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of the items delivery, by phone 08 98411 880 or email to [email protected]
  • Proof of purchase is included with the return
  • The swing tag is still attached to the garment
  • The garment is in original, unworn condition (i.e. has not been worn, altered, washed and/or dry cleaned)
  • The item has not been damaged while in the customer’s possession
  • The item is in a re-saleable condition
  • The goods are returned to our store (176 York Street, Albany, WA, 6330) and the cost of return postage is covered by yourself along with the cost of the postage for the replacement item/s.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

We will always make it our priority to send you your correct size after you have made the wrong selection but our stock is sometimes limited and we may not always have the item you’re wishing to swap on hand. In the event that we don’t have an item in-stock you’re wishing to swap we offer a store credit.

Swimwear, Underwear and Socks are unable to be exchanged due to hygiene concerns. Please be 100% certain of your sizing before you purchase these items.

We recommend sending your return with registered post or postal insurance. We will not hold any responsibility for missing parcels.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at [email protected] with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will try our best to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
